TUT are set to be without the services of their defender Katlego Mokwena for their Varsity Football game against Wits.
This comes after the defender suffered a head injury during the game against NMMU played in Pretoria last week.
Mokwena was rushed to hospital after colliding with one of NMMU players but was discharged a few hours later.
The TUT defender however is recovering well from the injury and will be ready for the semifinals of the Varsity Tournament.
‘Initially I was set to be out action of sometime but the second scan revealed no serious injury. I should be back for the semifinals,” said Mokwena.
