TUT Netball players are ready to regroup themselves and get ready for the trip to Cape Town to face UCT in the Varsity Netball game on Monday.
TUT are still licking their wounds after being beaten in all their last three games against UP Tuks, NWU Pukke and UFS Kovsies respectively.
However the Tshwane based team is ready to pick up the pieces and soldier on to face UCT where they hope for the positive results in the Mother City on Monday.
TUT captain Tintswalo Mkhari says they are ready to give their best shot in their next league game against UCT.
“Its much more of the repeat of last year. We played them twice in the USSA tournament and we beat them. I guess this is also going to be another exciting encounter and we are definitely looking forward to the game,” said Mkhari.
TUT looked out of sorts against both Tuks and Pukke, but bounced back strongly against University of Free State even though they still lost the game againt them with a big margin.
“It was not going to be easy playing against teams ranked number one, two, three and we are only ranked number nine. Our aim is to win this tournament but to gain experience and improve our performance,” Mkhari said
“We were let down by poor concentration in our last three games but we hope to improve our performance against UCT on Monday,” she added.
