Maties were ruthless in their comprehensive 5-0 victory over Wits in Pretoria on Sunday.
The Stellenbosch side kept their hopes of qualifying for the final on Monday alive as they ran rampant against an outgunned Wits outfit.
Maties took control early on, with a goal from Quanita Bobbs giving them a 1-0 advantage at the first break.
However, it was the second period which saw them really tighten their grip on the game, with four goals securing the bonus-point victory.
Farah Fredericks got on the scoresheet shortly after the break, and she added a second after Suleke Brand had grabbed a goal of her own.
A Sherry King strike just before the second break put Maties firmly in the driving seat, and although Wits showed great determination to keep them goalless in the final period they could not find a response.
The scorers:
For Maties: Quanita Bobbs, Farah Fredericks 2, Suleke Brand, Sherry King
