After an unbeaten run in their home leg of the Varsity Netball campaign, the NMMU Madibaz are hoping to kick on.
The Port Elizabeth side beat Maties, UJ and UCT in front of their home crowd last weekend, giving them the perfect start to the competition.
“After much practice and time with the team, the type of play shown on the court from the start of this competition, has been of an exceptional standard and the results shown from it are expected from the efforts that they have shown.
“I am confident that Madibaz will keep the standard high and obtain the fruits of their hard work and play”, said Theresa Le Roux, NMMU Netball sports manager.
The competition is at its early stages and already the game is heating up, the bar has been set high, expectations are high and the NMMU Madibaz supporters are behind the team all the way. Now the 30th September awaits to reveal yet again what is in the net for NMMU Madibaz.
