Finalists in the University Sport South Africa (USSA) tournament, UKZN and NWU meet again in a mouthwatering and unpredictable clash in KZN.
The two teams who made the final in the USSA 2018 will meet again on Thursday night in KZN for the first time since their recent clash earlier in the month.
The match promises to be an unpredictable one as both teams have references to draw confidence from.
For UKZN, they go in after a first round 3-2 defeat to Wits, however will be feeling like the favourites to win the match as they look to repeat the result of their final clash with NWU, which finished 4-2 to UKZN.
For NWU, this fixture comes after their first round success over UWC when the noble boys came out victorious in the 2-1 stunner match in Mafikeng.
Following their narrow defeat to Wits in the first round, the USSA champions will be looking to claim their first ever Varsity Football victory and bounce back as they currently sit seventh in the Varsity Football league.
The match will be in the capital of KZN, Pietermaritzburg, at the Peter Booysen Sports Stadium and kicks off at 18:30pm.
