Following a second stalemate on the trot, CUT will be looking to get back to winning ways when they host Wits University on Monday. CUT twice came from behind in Cape Town to earn a hard-fought point against champions UWC.
While they will be disappointed to have their previously airtight defence breached, CUT will be proud of their fighting spirit, which was pivotal in earning a point in tough conditions.
CUT, who now occupy second spot on the log, have done well away from home. With a capacity crowd expected for their first home clash, three points should be the minimum expectation against a team that has only managed to a solitary point from its two matches. CUT will take heart from the fact that, although their defence has been solid, they are finally burying the chances they create. This will be vital as the tournament grows in stature.
Catch the kick-off at 16:30 at the CUT Stadium in Bloemfontein. The match will be broadcast live on SuperSport.
