The Varsity Sports Sevens final in Margate this weekend promises to draw quite a crowd, including a Springbok star.
On Saturday, Bok and Sharks prop Tendai “Beast” Mtawarira will be down at the Douglas Mitchell sportsground on the south coast to follow the action live as the teams battle it out with the Varsity Sports Sevens title on the line.
Mtawarira recently had to return home from Springbok tour to have precautionary surgery, but he is in full health and will be part of the vibe down in Margate on Saturday afternoon.
