There will be two trophies on the line in Margate this weekend with the Varsity Sports Sevens champions set to be crowned on Saturday.
Having clinched both the first Varsity Sports title in Plettenberg Bay and the USSA trophy in George, Maties will head to the south coast as hot favourites as they currently lie in pole position on the overall log with 12 points.
However, they can still be caught, with teams such as NWU-Pukke and UP-Tuks breathing down their necks.
So whilst all of the teams will be going all-out to claim the Margate bragging rights, their minds will also be focused on the bigger picture as they all gun for the main prize as well.
